Stellar Healthcare will keep your data for the period of time that is appropriate to the patient and specialty. If the patient was under 17 years of age when the treatment ended, their personal data will be kept until their 25th birthday; if the patient was 17 years old at the time of the conclusion of the treatment, their personal data will be stored until their 26th birthday. The personal data of patients with mental disorders will be stored for 20 years after their last entry on record and 8 years after their death if the death occured in the care of the organization.
When the time period for storing your personal data has passed, your personal data is deleted so that it is irrecoverable.
